These terms govern use of MIGO Live, including live video, multi-person voice-chat rooms, video calls, karaoke, interactive games, virtual gifts, instant chats and creator events.
You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law, provide accurate account information and protect your login details.
Do not harass, threaten, exploit or impersonate others; share unlawful, deceptive or harmful content; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; distribute malware or spam; manipulate platform systems; or interfere with other users.
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting or streaming it, you grant MIGO Live the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, distribute and operate that content through the service. You must have the rights needed to share it.
Live interactions may be reviewed or moderated where permitted for safety, enforcement and service operation. We may restrict content, rooms or accounts that violate these terms or create risk.
Virtual coins, gifts and similar items are licensed digital features, not legal currency, and have no cash value unless expressly stated. Prices may be shown in PKR; final pricing, taxes, availability and refunds may depend on the relevant payment provider or app platform.
Creators are responsible for their broadcasts, events and claims. Creator programmes may have additional terms and eligibility requirements.
MIGO Live’s name, logo, interface, software and platform materials are protected by applicable laws and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission.
We may limit or terminate access to enforce these terms, protect users or comply with legal requirements. Services are provided on an as-available basis. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to mandatory rights where you live. We may update them as the service or requirements change.
